When you commission me, you agree to my TOS. Not knowing the terms does not make you immune to them.

★ General Commission Information

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. 

• I reserve the right to stop working on any commission for any reason.

• I may post commissioned fursuit work on any of my social media or put it in a portfolio. I will credit you for the character. If there is a special reason you don’t want your fursuit posted, please let me know and we can discuss.

• Commissions will likely be prioritized over art trades and requests.

• I do not guarantee commissions will be completed in the order they were commissioned. I will complete all commissions in my waiting list before opening again to receive more. I often take only one fursuit commission at a time.

• I require a reference sheet to work off of. It must be digital, and must have a front and back view of the parts that are being commissioned. For head commissions, a side profile is appreciated. Please be sure to clearly include the details and colours of the mouth. I do not work off of reference images made/altered by GenAI.

• For fullsuits, I require a DTD to be made and sent to me. The client pays for shipping. 

• Small revisions can be requested throughout the process. Large or many revisions may incur an additional cost. I reserve the right to refuse revisions.

• It is the clients responsibility to participate in communication and inform me of changes or mistakes during the process. I may not be able to make changes late in the process. I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for large or late changes.

• If you find a substantial issue with the fursuit that is my mistake out of ignorance or failing to inform you of the issue before receiving the finished product, we can discuss a partial refund or repair. I have the final say on what is big enough to be considered a substantial issue.

• I do not offer a warranty on my fursuits.

• I am not responsible for damages caused to the wearer while in fursuit.

• I am not responsible for damages caused to the fursuit by cleaning products, handling of the fursuit, or contact with things that could dirty/stain the fursuit.

• You must be 18+ to commission on your own. I will accept commissions from minors 16-17 with explicit permission from a parent or guardian who is 18+.

★ ​​​​Timing

• My average turnaround time is 4 months for a head, 6 months for a partial, or 10 months for a fullsuit, plus shipping time. Individual/small parts such as paws or tails may take less time. These estimates are not guaranteed.

• If I do not receive a reply regarding a commission for 60 days, I will cancel the commission without refund.

• If I cancel a commission for the above reason, or if the client backs out, I reserve the right to alter the fursuit and sell it as a premade.

★ ​​​​Payment

• A non-refundable down payment of 30% is required before I will begin work on the fursuit. It will not be shipped/handed off until you have paid for it in full. 

• I will refund for the following reasons: you aren’t happy with the fursuit so far, you aren’t happy with my attitude/communication, or you have been waiting more than 12 months. I reserve the right to refuse to refund if I believe the reason for a refund request does not fall into the above categories.

• I reserve the right to refund what I deem a fair percentage of the cost of the commission, depending on what stage of progress I am in. If the fursuit is complete and the client asks for a refund for any reason, I reserve the right to not give any refund.

Payment plans

• I offer payment plans for commissions. Premades must be paid for upfront, in one payment.

• Maximum 4 months for heads, partials, or individual parts commissions. Maximum 8 months for fullsuits or commissions that total to $3200+.

• The first payment will be the 30% down payment. The remaining cost will be divided evenly among the remaining months. Each installment is due on the last day of its respective month.

• The initial 30% installment cannot be missed, or the commission may be cancelled.

• If a payment installment is missed, it will be delayed by one week. If the client fails to pay it, or requires any other delay of payment, I will refund the money (except for the 30%) and cancel the commission. The client will be blacklisted.

• The fursuit will not be shipped/handed off until it is paid in full.

 

★ ​​​​Shipping

• The shipping cost is included for Canadian and American buyers. For people outside of those countries, shipping will be calculated once the fursuit is completed and packed, and an invoice will be sent. 

• I am not responsible for lost or damaged goods in shipping. I will not offer a refund or replacement if an item is lost or damaged in shipping.

• I ship internationally.

• Canadian clients/buyers can pay via PayPal or E-Transfer, in CAD or USD. Items will be shipped with tracking and signature. Locals can pick up the fursuit.

• American clients/buyers pay via PayPal in USD. Items will be shipped with tracking and signature. 

• Clients/buyers in countries other than Canada or America pay via PayPal in USD. Items will be shipped with tracking and signature.

• I will add an Apple air tag in the shipping box for extra protection, should the package be lost. I do not need the tag back. The client can decide to keep and reprogram the tag for their own use, give it to someone else, or mail it back to me. If the client chooses to mail it back to me, they must pay for shipping.

 

★ Quotes

• Quotes are free and available any time. Simply fill out the form found on my fursuit commissions page.

• Quotes last 3 months. Afterwards I reserve the right to change the price of a quote.

• A quote will become null if the character's design changes. I am always open to re-quote based on the new design.

• I require a digital reference sheet with a front and back image of whichever fursuit parts you are looking to get. The quote will be based on exactly what’s on the reference sheet. If you are looking for a fursuit with a simplified design of your character, you will need to provide a reference sheet that is accurate to that simplified version.

 

​★ Fursuit Add-On Bundles

• Can be added onto head, partial, or fullsuit commissions.

• The bundle will portray the same character as the fursuit. The items can portray a variation of the character (for example, if you want a species swapped version or an alt colour palette).

• The bundle must be purchased simultaneously with the fursuit. The price of the bundle will be rolled in with the price of the fursuit.

• I reserve the right to increase the price of the bundle if I feel an item you’re asking for is very complex, time consuming, or requires unusually expensive materials.

• All physical items in the bundle will be completed and packed with the fursuit. I will not ship/hand off the fursuit until all physical items in the bundle are completed.

★ Permissions

With your ParadeYesterday fursuit you can…

• Edit the fursuit yourself, or get someone else to edit it.

• Get photos of the fursuit printed on clothing, cards, button pins etc. for personal or commercial use.

• Do anything you please with the character.

You cannot…

• Sell the fursuit with the intention of making a profit off of it. The fursuit or character must be modified or have more items made for them to justify a higher price.

• Claim credit for creating the fursuit/not credit me when asked.

• Really big tails, supermotion tails, covers for silicone core tails (though I do not make the silicone core itself)

• Wired bendable pieces (ears, tongues etc.)

• Magnetic/velcro detachable pieces (tongues, eyebrows, eyelids, piercings etc.)

• Squeakers, bells, shakers

• Any type of handpaws. Super slim, puffy, hooves, etc.

• Stompy feet, feminine chest padding, most kinds of padding

• Extreme muscle/bara padding

• Big-name copyrighted characters owned by corporations like Disney or Nintendo

★ ​​​​Preclaims, Artistic Liberty & Trades

Preclaimed Fursuit Designs & Adoptables

• Preclaimed fursuits designed by me are sold at a 15% discount to what they would be if the design was commissioned in the standard way.

• Some adoptables come with 10-15% off what the regular price would be if they are commissioned as a fursuit.

Artistic liberty

• I would love to take on an artistic liberty fursuit, with whatever level of involvement you would like. Contact me to discuss this option.

• The client consents to an agreed upon level of artistic liberty with the fursuit, and therefore agrees to giving up some control over the design of the fursuit.

Trades

• Contact me to ask about doing a fursuit trade!

• In return, I am interested in receiving: fursuit parts, custom handmade plushies, custom handmade clothing, maybe FNAF merch. I am open to hearing about any other ideas you might have for trading.

• I am not interested in: artwork (digital, traditional, painted etc), kandi, most retail items.

★ ​​​​Warranty, Repairs & Edits

• I do not offer a warranty on my fursuits.

• I am open to editing fursuits bought from me at a later date. The client pays for shipping and an agreed upon price. I do not feel comfortable doing a major refurb.

• I can take in a fursuit for a “spa day”. This would include a deep clean and repairs from regular wear and tear. The client pays for shipping and an agreed upon price.

• If we are at the same convention, I am happy to do minor repairs. I reserve the right to charge for the service, although I usually don’t.

• I’m open to giving you the extra material from your fursuit, if you would like. I reserve the right to add an additional charge.
