When you commission me, you agree to my TOS. Not knowing the terms does not make you immune to them.

★ General Commission Information

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. 

• I reserve the right to stop working on any commission for any reason.

• I may post commissioned art on any of my social media or put it in a portfolio. I will credit you for the character. If there is a special reason you don’t want the art posted, please let me know and we can discuss.

• Commissions will likely be prioritized over art trades and requests.

• I do not guarantee commissions will be completed in the order they were commissioned. 

• I require a coloured reference image (does not need to be a reference sheet) to work off of for all art except custom character designing. If I agree to work off of a text description, or unfinished/uncoloured artwork, I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for character designing. I do not work off of reference images made/altered by GenAI.

• Small revisions can be requested throughout the process. Large or many revisions may incur an additional cost. I reserve the right to refuse revisions.

• It is the clients responsibility to participate in communication and inform me of changes or mistakes during the process. I may not be able to make changes late in the process. I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for large or late changes.

• I do not have a minimum age requirement for art commissions.

★ ​​​​Timing

• My average turnaround time is 2 weeks, plus shipping time (if applicable).

• If I do not receive a reply regarding a commission for 30 days, I will cancel the commission without refund.

★ ​​​​Payment

• The art must be fully paid for before I begin working on it.

• I do not offer payment plans for my illustration commissions.

• 50% of the price is non-refundable.

• I will refund for the following reasons: you aren’t happy with the art so far, you aren’t happy with my attitude/communication, or you have been waiting more than 4 months. I reserve the right to refuse to refund if I believe the reason for a refund request does not fall into the above categories.

• I reserve the right to refund what I deem a fair percentage of the cost of the commission, depending on what stage of progress I am in. If the piece is complete and the client asks for a refund for any reason, I reserve the right to not give any refund.

Payment options

• PayPal (USD or CAD). I will send you an invoice once the commission order form is completed.

• E-transfer (CAD, for Canadians only). I will send you a request once the commission order form is completed.

• Kofi. You will need to go to my page on Kofi and order a commission through the website to use this payment method.

★ Shipping

• I ship internationally.

• Once the art is complete, I will pack it, calculate the shipping cost, ask you to pay the actual shipping cost, and will then put it in the mail.

• I will choose the cheapest shipping option, unless you specify wanting something different.

• I am not responsible for lost or damaged goods in shipping. I do not offer refunds or replacements if items are lost or damaged in shipping.

★ YCH Limitations/Changes

• I can add small accessories, horns/spikes, antenna, claws, any hairstyle, any ears.

• I can change the nose.

• I cannot change the teeth/mouth, eyes, paw pads, number of fingers, cheek fluff. I cannot add clothing.

• I reserve the right to keep a base version of custom stickers, and use them as a YCH sticker in the future.

★ ​​​​Adoptables, Trades, Requests & Bases

Adoptables & Customs

• You can make any edits to the character. They are yours to do with as you please.

• You must wait 30 days after purchasing an adoptable/custom design before you can sell it. If the character has no additional art, you cannot sell them for a higher price than you bought them from me.

Art Trades

• Contact me to ask about doing an art trade. I am usually interested.

• I reserve the right to not send my completed piece of art until my trade partner does. I can of course send WIPs.

Requests

• Simply post them in the designated space on DeviantArt. I do not take requests on any other platform/in any other way.

• You will not be sent progress photos as I work on the piece, as it is free art.

• Higher quality images can be e-mailed upon request.

• Requests are always open, and have no due date for me to finish them.

Bases

• You can use them for personal character creation, or to gift to someone else. 

• You cannot use my bases for adoptables, or make a profit off of my bases in any way.

• You cannot remove my watermark and/or signature.

• For paid bases, you cannot resell or redistribute the base.

• For personal use only.

• Furries, human/humanoids, feral

• Gore, aesthetic gore, violence, fighting

• Profanity, vulgar language

• Ship art, romance

• Artistic nudity, suggestive, NSFW

• Fan characters; Pokésona’s, FNaF OC’s, etc.

• Mech/gundam 

• Dinosaurs, birds, bugs

• Self harm

• Real life people

• Characters from shows/movies/books

• Characters that don’t belong to you

No, I won’t do…

• Offensive/discriminatory content, hate art

• Big name copyrighted characters (ex. Bugs Bunny, Mickey Mouse, She-Ra)

★ ​​​​Permissions, Commercial Use & GenAI

With your commission, you can

• Post your commissioned artwork on social media.

• Use your commissioned artwork for a profile picture. I prefer to be credited in the bio of whichever social media the profile picture is on, but it is not a requirement.

• Use your commissioned artwork for personal computer/phone backgrounds.

• Print it out/get it printed on clothing, button pins, stickers etc. for personal use. The signature/watermark does not have to be clear, as this item is only for your personal use.

• Print out the artwork as stickers to hand out for free to others, to trade/share, or promote yourself as an individual. My signature and/or watermark must be legible, visible, and not cut off. (This permission is intended to allow the common practice of furry convention sticker trading)

• Commissions are for personal use only.

With your commission, you cannot

• Post a non-watermarked version of the art on social media.

• Remove or hide my signature/watermark.

• Purposefully miscredit or misrepresent who made the artwork, if asked.

• Sell the artwork in any context to profit.

• Use the artwork on a business card or other promotional material for your own brand/something you are selling.

• Significantly edit the artwork yourself, or get someone else to edit it.

Commercial use options

• I am open to making art for commercial use, such as business cards, button pins, or packaging for business promotion. This would come with an additional fee, and is a conversation I would need to have with the client prior to making the artwork. Please reach out to me if you are interested in this.

• Art made for commercial use cannot be edited by anyone other than myself. 

GenAI

• I do not consent to my art being fed into, transformed, altered, or edited by GenAI. A GenAI altered version of my art cannot be created or used for any purpose, including personal use.
